Yum! This mild pepper is my favorite. It is high in vitamin A, vitamin C, beta-carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin. They aren’t too spicy either. These peppers are best pan fried in coconut oil and and shallots. You can serve them as a snack or side dish. They’ve been going for about $8/lb but I found a few farmers selling for $5/lb. They will only be around for another couple months so eat them while you can!
